Money.co.uk Keeping up?
You all been keeping up with money.co.uk? They have had a couple of bits of linkbait out there that I’ve seen. Maybe you’ve seen more. I wonder if it worked?
Click the picture to see a search on google.co.uk for money. They’re not first. I think they’re like 5th. But who knows what else they have to turn loose upon the search engines?

Seems to be working for them. I believe they were 14th for “money” a few weeks ago.

Their tactics are way too high profile and dodgy, they’re gonna get binned faster than a brussel sprout on new year’s day.
(it’s not so much the dodgyness that’s gonna get them zapped, but their seo bragging about it all over town)

I see. Well for one thing I don’t read that many blogs so I wouldn’t know. This blog also deals primarily with the security, and the programming side of blackhat. And frankly it’s difficult to keep producing posts around other stuff. Not that long ago I posted you all a phpBB3 cracking program. I’m aware that it has issues compiling on win32 and the symmetry routines are buggy. But it works and it has my rotation routines. I had planned to update the .exe under some new stuff I’ve learned with compiling windows programs in linux.
Seriously though, I’m loving the constructive criticism. See that favicon?
I’m all open to ideas honestly.
However, what I will say. If all you can see is blackhat then you’re limiting yourself to one way of looking at things. I am probably a mixture of a publicist and a programmer foremost. I have a lot to learn. Don’t we all. If you think you know something. You don’t know dick. But when I see a publicity campaign doing well I take notice. I believe publicity can reach further than blackhat in the long run. To ignore either promotional method blindly isn’t smart.

Getting into the United Kingdom is not the same, nor is as easy as one would find it to get into the United States. Life in the UK is totally different. One would say you haven’t seen anything till you have been to the UK. Do it before you miss out the chance.
